Ostomystory: Confidence with an ileostomy

As somebody who has talked to many people, both before and after surgery, lack of confidence seems to be one of the biggest problems people have with their ostomy. The mechanics of how to manage the ostomy are one thing, but most people get used to that relatively quickly. But being confident is a bigger issue, and takes some people much more time to realize.
If you lack confidence with your ostomy, hopefully this video provides one perspective to help you! I think any time we can connect with other ostomates, either in person or through the internet, we see that it is possible to be confident with an ostomy!
