What I Can Eat Now
March 10, 2010Diet is obviously a big part of living with inflammatory bowel disease. Most everybody has at least some foods that they can eat and some foods that they cannot eat. But the list of good foods, bad foods, isn’t the same for every person.
Many people ask me about the food I eat since my takedown surgery. While I did a video about diet a couple months after my takedown, I decided to update the video to let you know what I can eat now.

hey denis…i’m valentina from chile…also had ulcerative colitis and also operated on me right now .. I’m with ileostomy pq do not know if you know my country suffered an earthquake and that is why delayed my operation to close the ileostomy denis … well I really like your videos … I hope to have an answer and if yours …. cuidate gue up videos …
